Last night I opened up my Google Reader to go through the many wonderful folks that I follow when I came across a post by Crochet Concupiscence (Kathryn). You see, every day in December Kathryn is giving away something. And every day in December she is giving away a blog award in various categories.
Today's category was "Most Organized Blogger" - and there it was.... MY NAME! Yes, me! How exciting is this. Of course, I know my friends (and possible coworkers) who read the blog will just say that I'm definitely organized in all aspects of my life and perhaps rewarding my slightly anal-retentive behavior is only a form of enabling..... To them I say - "PSHAW! I got a blog award!"
In all seriousness, I read Crochet Concupiscence daily and am always amazed at the amount of information Kathryn has on crochet and what she is willing to do and share for the crochet community. I am genuinely honored to have been recognized by such a wonderful site and person that I don't even really know what else to say *laughs*

I will say that if you do not subscribe to Crochet Concupiscence, you are missing out! Kathryn posts interviews, yarn reviews, book reviews, news, projects, inspiration, and more all related to crochet. And I don't know if she knows just how appreciated she is from the entire community - but I can tell her that I appreciate her and the work she does.
