No wonder my crochet bath stuff never lathers up..I use 100% cotton every time and then am never happy with the end product. I'm definitely happy to try try this with some regular old acrylic and see how it goes!

Thanks for the pattern! It worked up really fast and looks great! I did the cord slightly different, I chained a few extra and then slip stitched down the length to make a rounder cord. These will make great Christmas gifts!
